Perspective earned, not borrowed.

I spent nearly four decades inside a business—growing it, leading it, and navigating the very real pressures that come with responsibility. I’ve navigated successions, exits, mergers, acquisitions, and global expansion. I know what it’s like to make decisions when the stakes are real, information is imperfect, and everyone is looking to you for the answer.

After selling the business, my work shifted—from running companies to sitting alongside leaders as they navigate decisions that don’t come with clean answers. I serve as a Vistage Chair, executive coach, and advisor to CEOs and senior leaders across industries.

Much of that perspective was shaped inside a multi-generation, family-owned business—where leadership decisions are personal, long-term, and rarely clean. In that environment, strategy isn’t theoretical, accountability isn’t optional, and culture shows up every day. That experience continues to shape how I listen, challenge, and support leaders today.

My role isn’t to tell you what to do.

It’s to help you see more clearly—so you can decide more confidently.

I believe the most valuable work happens in honest conversation, grounded in trust, candor, and experience. That’s the work I bring to every engagement.

If you’re curious whether this kind of perspective would be helpful, a conversation usually makes that clear.
